💡 def. Workspaces host Dashboards. They can be configured by department, program, project, event, or initiative — the choice is yours! We built Workspaces to be a customizable space to organize your Dashboards.

Notes:
- One Workspace is required.
- No limit on the number of Workspaces that can be created.
- ‘Edit’ allows members to change the name and delete the Workspace.
Create New Workspace
- Select the + icon in the left sidebar beside Workspaces.
- Add a Workspace name.
- Invite relevant team members to join your Workspace using their email addresses.
- Select a role via dropdown (Admin, Editor, or Viewer).
- Use ‘Add Member’ to add multiple members at once.
- Select ‘Create’ to finish creating your new Workspace.
Note: Invites sent via Workspaces include only the Workspace a member has been invited to. Please refer to Organization Settings to provide access across the entire Dashboard.
Dashboards
- Workspaces can have multiple dashboards within them (no min. or max. requirement).
- Hover over an individual dashboard to favorite or delete.
Integrations
- View all connected integrations, active status, rename and remove connections.
- Select ‘Add Integration’ to choose from one of many platforms available in our integrations marketplace.
- Follow the OAuth flows to connect a new integration.
