Notes:
- No limit on the number of Dashboards that can be created.
- Integrations can be added at the Dashboard level. They’ll become available across the entire Workspace.
Create New Dashboard
- Navigate to your desired Workspace.
- Select the ‘Create Dashboard’ button on the right side of the Workspace.
- Select your dashboard template or start from scratch. Spontivly currently offers three templates including Analytical, Operational, and Executive.
- Add a Dashboard name.
- This is typically the goal of your Dashboard. For example, ‘Engagement Campaign Q1 2024’.
- Upload a Dashboard logo to start customizing the space for your organization.
- Start building your Dashboard by selecting ‘Chart’, ‘Table’, or ‘Design’.
- If you choose ‘Chart’ or ‘Table, select your desired integration.
- Then, drag and drop insights onto your Dashboard.
- If you choose ‘Design’, select a design element.
- Then, drag and drop the element onto your Dashboard. Edit as you’d like.
- Adjust, scale, and create your Dashboard.
- Present or share your Dashboard with teammates.
Chart
- Build your dashboard with data visualizations.
- Choose from chart types: Area, Bar, Line, Pie, etc.
- Drag and drop insights from all of your connected Integrations.
Table
- Build your dashboard with data tables.
